As a sophomore, she shattered SEU’s single-season records, scoring 45 goals and amassing 100 points. Her exceptional performance earned her The Sun Conference Player of the Year title.
Kanu’s junior year in 2018 was even more spectacular. She set both SEU and NAIA single-season records with 57 goals and 132 points, achievements that highlighted her dominance on the field. Professional Career
In 2023, Kanu started seven of her 19 matches for Racing Louisville and scored her first club goal on May 31 against the Chicago Red Stars in the Challenge Cup. Kanu joined Racing Louisville after a standout season with Tigres UANL in Mexico. Before that, she played for Linköpings FC in Sweden’s Damallsvenskan and Sevilla FC in Spain.
