Ludius Student-Athletes announces the commitment of Jack Charalambous to continue his academic and athletic career at Worcester State University in Worcester, Massachusetts.
The Cypriot-Irish winger arrives at the Worcester State Lancers after gaining valuable experience in Cyprus’ senior men’s soccer environment, competing against experienced players and developing the qualities required to perform at a higher level.

The Worcester State Lancers Men’s Soccer program competes in NCAA Division III and the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC).
A standout feature of the university’s commitment to student-athletes is the Gene J. & Julianne DeFeudis Wellness Center. This facility, which opened in 2016 following a $52.6 million investment in campus development, is an everyday part of student-athletes’ lives.
It provides access to high-level training and wellness resources, including a two-level fitness center, competition and multipurpose gyms, an indoor elevated track, athletic locker rooms, study spaces, and additional areas designed to support performance and student life.
Beyond the opportunity to compete, this experience allows Jack to embrace a new culture, challenge himself academically, and continue building toward his long-term ambitions. At Ludius Student-Athletes, we are happy to have supported him throughout this process and look forward to following his progress as he begins this new chapter of his life.
